At the museum, there are about 2,000 pieces of folklore material from the locality.  It is now closed, but you can ask for a tour by placing a call in advance with the Cultural Assets Section, Fuefuki City Hall.  For the tour, call the Cultural Assets Section, Fuefuki City Hall, at 055-261-3342.  Equipped with restrooms and a parking lot, it is about a 15-minute drive from Isawa Onsen Station.
